Avery Ranch's flat topography -- a notable contrast to the Hill Country terrain in some northwest Cedar Park communities -- makes setup straightforward on almost every street in the development.
Choosing the Right Size for Avery Ranch Yards
A standard bounce house needs 18x18 feet of flat outdoor space. Most Avery Ranch backyards handle this easily. If you are in one of the original sections of Avery Ranch -- particularly along Avery Ranch Boulevard and the internal streets backing the golf course -- you will likely have enough space for a combo unit with slide (22x20 ft) or even the 6N1 combo (25x20 ft).
Newer Avery Ranch sections closer to US-183A tend to have slightly smaller lots due to higher density development patterns. HOA Considerations in Avery Ranch
Avery Ranch is managed by a community HOA with deed restrictions. The good news for party planners: Avery Ranch's HOA guidelines permit temporary inflatable rentals for private residential backyard events. You do not need special HOA approval to rent a bounce house for your child's birthday party.
Two things to be aware of: first, if your party will have significant street-side parking or any activity in front yard or common areas, check the specific deed restriction language for your section. Second, if your event is at one of the Avery Ranch amenity centers or pools rather than your private backyard, coordinate with the Avery Ranch Community Association for venue use separately. Delivery Logistics in Avery Ranch
Avery Ranch has well-maintained streets with good access for delivery trucks throughout the community. The main challenge in some Avery Ranch sections is gate access -- many homes have side yard gates that are 36 to 48 inches wide. If your gate is on the narrower end, let us know at booking and we will plan for front-yard staging and manual carry to the backyard.
We deliver to Avery Ranch from 7am to 9pm seven days a week. Setup for a standard bounce house or combo takes 15 to 25 minutes. Water slides take slightly longer due to water connection setup. Avery Ranch's proximity to the main delivery routes from Williamson County means early morning delivery slots are typically available even on busy spring and summer weekends.
When to Book for Avery Ranch Parties
Avery Ranch has a dense population of young families with children in the Leander ISD system -- Cedar Ridge High School is located within the community itself.
